Our Corporate Social Responsibility
CSR at Le Werk
Together, we want to use our strengths to help where we can. To make a difference – from the small to the large.
What we do
Social and environmental responsibility are very important to us. As a young team, we have a long future ahead of us – as do many others on our planet.
That’s why we help where we can: With films and videos, media and communication.
For a strong democracy
Together with Icelandic activists we tried to save the young couple from Nigeria and their two children from deportation. This resulted in a video that made the rounds on various social networks and caused a furor. Later demonstrations followed and finally the family could stay in Iceland for the time being. In the later course, the father unfortunately had to leave the country.
Film and photo support for a refugee family in Iceland

Aufmerksamkeit schaffen für Armut in Salzburg
With the short film cinema spot “Armut hat immer eine Geschichte” (Poverty always has a story) we drew attention to the homeless situation in the Austrian city in collaboration with Runder Tisch Menschenrechte (Human Rights Round Table) as part of the Salzburg initiative “Salzburg schaut hin!” (Salzburg takes a look!).
Support for Blood Cancer Aid
With a small campaign we helped AIAS Stuttgart to raise awareness for the student fight against blood cancer. Especially young people are mostly healthy and can give patients the chance of a new life with a stem cell donation. AIAS informs about blood cancer and stem cell donation and enables the registration as a lifesaver on campus – between two lectures.
Portrait of the composer Brigitta Muntendorf
We got to know Brigitta Muntendorf in the course of our cinematic support of the experimental opera format “Taschenopernfestival” by co-founder Thierry Bruehl. For us as creatives and filmmakers, art and cultural creation are particularly significant forms of positioning ourselves on current issues and creating new relevance. Therefore, we produced a portrait of Brigitta’s work on the piece “Bronze by Gold” in the later course of the collaboration.
